The Heart of My Work
I’m interested in complexity — how people and organisations make sense of what is happening and decide what to do next.
After more than 25 years leading inside complex organisations, I completed an Executive Master in Change at INSEAD, deepening my understanding of the human and systemic dynamics that shape organisational life. My experience has taught me that the challenges we face are rarely just about the situation in front of us. They are also shaped by relationships, assumptions, expectations, emotions and the systems we operate within.
Who I Work With
I work with thoughtful, capable people who are navigating complexity and change — often while continuing to carry significant responsibility.
They may be:
-
Rethinking direction after years spent building, leading or developing a career
-
Stepping into a larger or more complex leadership role
-
Navigating uncertainty, organisational change or a significant transition
-
Sensing that something important is shifting, even if they can’t fully articulate it yet
What I Bring
My work brings together more than 25 years of leadership and strategic experience, an Executive Master in Change from INSEAD, and a deep understanding of human and systemic dynamics.
I draw on organisational psychology, systems psychodynamics and coaching to create thoughtful conversations that help people understand what may be shaping a situation and see it from different perspectives.
Why This Matters
When complexity increases, it can be difficult to see what is really going on — particularly when you are close to it.
Stepping back can create the space to notice patterns, question assumptions and think more clearly about what matters and what might come next.
